What We Do
At Lifeline, our end goal is to reduce stress for property managers and owners by decreasing the number of service providers you work with and offering a dedicated account managerfor effective communication. To stay on top of Fire and Building Code updates our Fire and Life Safety Specialist develops fire safety plans, partial or full plan updates, conducts smoke control system testing in accordance with Part 7 of the Ontario Fire Code, and provides consulting to resolve Notices of Violation. Below are some of the services we provide in-house.... Sprinkler Installation and major repair Annual & Monthly Fire Sprinkler maintenance Fire Panel troubleshooting Fire Hydrant testing Part 7 _ Smoke Control Testing Procedures & Quarterlies Fire safety plan development, fire safety plan training, and handling all Notices of Violation. Training for Condo Managers & Superintendents We are proud members of the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association, Ontario College of Trades, National Fire Protection Association, and Canadian Fire Alarm Association.
